Pop beauty Christina Aguilera is hiding away from the limelight so she can plot a sensational comeback - and conquer Hollywood.
The Dirrty singer quit her summer schedule because she had become bored of rehashing the same songs and dance moves, preferring instead to focus on writing new material for her fans to enjoy.
So the raunchy star has pledged to spend an extended period of time out of the media spotlight to experiment with sounds for her new album - and consider a series of big screen offers.
She says: "I am taking this time off to write and record for the next album. I am just taking some me time so that I can hibernate at the moment, so that I can come out again with a bang - a new movie, a new album and conquer it all over again."
