Feisty pop stars Kelly Osbourne launched into an astonishing attack on her arch-rival Christina Aguilera at last night's (06.NOV 2003) MTV EMAs - and Christina then gave back as good as she got.
"Shut Up!" singer Kelly arrived on stage to present the Best Pop award - which eventually went to Justin Timberlake - and immediately slammed Christina, who was hosting the Edinburgh, Scotland, event.
Kelly said, "If Christina Aguilera has to resort to throwing darts at my head, after all she's achieved and all she's done, then she's a very sorry, sad person.
"I have to take it as a complete compliment."
However, Christina got her own back on Kelly just a few minutes later with a sarcastic diatribe about her well-known foe.
Christina said, "It's nearly time for all those after-show parties I'm going to go to. I just hope I don't run into the sad, bored, angry little child, Kelly.
"If you can dish it out you've got to learn to take it back!"
