Diva Christina Aguilera lived up to her high maintenance reputation earlier this month by branding her own birthday bash "cr*p".
The Dirrty singer - who was finishing the Australian leg of her Stripped world tour - celebrated her 23rd birthday at Melbourne, Australia restaurant Stoke House with her entourage and 40 pals, but the pink-themed party failed to impress.
And staff at the swanky eatery were appalled by Christina's rude behavior.
One says, "She strutted upstairs in this horrendous blue hotpants suit and fishnets with a scowl on her face. She was throwing attitude left, right and centre in a 'don't you know who I am?' sort of way.
"As soon as everyone had sat down, word came from the table that the music was "cr*p" and staff were told that Christina would like to hear some hip-hop. Apparently she thought it was all a bit naff and was looking forward to getting back to the States.
"She just seemed really arrogant. I know she's really famous but there's no reason to put on such a diva display."
