Rap duo Outkast will perform with funk legends George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic, Earth, Wind & Fire and Robert Randolph and The Family Band at the bash at Los Angeles' Staples Center.
The Hey Ya! band are hot favorites to be the stars of the show after their massive hit LP Speakerboxxx/The Love Below gained Big Boi and Andre 3000 six nominations.
